Blessings and Welcome!

I’m Shannon Gaul, LMT. Wherever you are on your journey of health and well-being, I’d like to tell you about some of my current offerings – including some new and exciting ones! – that you may find helpful in reaching your optimal state of well-being.

I believe optimal health comes through awareness of energetic movement in your life. This includes energy flows on all levels of your being – body, mind and spirit. Through the use of manual skills, exercise, nutrition, mind-body practices and energy healing, I will assist you in guiding your body into a state of optimal performance and restorative presence.

I’ve been a community college educator in Health and Wellness for over 23 years and a licensed massage therapist (LMT) and bodyworker for 16 years. I have been on an intentional spiritual path, both individually and in community, since I was very young.

My intention for this website is to offer practical tools, resources and offerings to help you live well, move well and be well. You can book private healing sessions with me via the Contact page or on my MassageBooks. There is also a calendar of events where you can find upcoming teachings, ceremonies/rituals and workshops.
