Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is a form of integrative medicine that integrates the body and nervous system by manipulating tissues and enhancing flow of the energy systems. It brings overall healing, relaxation and wellness to restore the body back to a balanced state of being.

Personal Training
Personal training provides one-on-one instruction to target and support your physical needs. After a functional assessment and personal goal setting, an individual exercise program will be designed specifically for you.
Functional movement assessments are used to determine patterns of dysfunctional movement that can be improved with exercise programming. Some goals individuals seek include strength training, endurance building, weight management and overall improvement in functional movement.

Canine Healing
Canine massage provides healing and relaxation for dogs. Animal massage includes techniques such as stroking, compression, friction, gliding, kneading, stretching, percussion and gentle movements. Other techniques that could be used are heat, cold, essential oils and lubricants.
Canine massage helps to relax, calm, energize, stimulate, detoxify, re-invigorate and cleanse your pet’s body and energy systems.
It is important to note that massage is not a substitute for veterinary care. Canine massage is a complementary modality to assist in your dog’s health and wellbeing. With approval from your veterinarian, this practice can assist with post-operative healing, chronic diseases and injuries or illnesses that could benefit from massage.

Energy Healing
Reiki is a form of energy healing that increases vital life force energy by laying hands on the body to transmit a flow of energy from practitioner to client. It is an ancient Japanese practice that promotes healing and relaxation of the body. When life force is high, the quality of life improves.
Rei means “universal spirit” and Ki means the “life force energy that flows through everything.” When the body experiences areas of blocked energy, you can feel stagnation, headaches, digestive issues and depression. Reiki allows for the natural flow of energy in the body to return to a balanced state for healing and relaxation.

Sound Healing
Sound healing is a form of vibration medicine. This practice uses frequency through various modalities to help the body to relax, decrease overall stress and anxiety, support sleep and restoration and bring overall balance and well-being in the body.
Through the use of singing bowls, drums, bells, tuning forks, chimes and voice, the vibration and frequency of the healing sessions will allow the natural resonance in your mind, body and emotions to be restored.
Shamanic Healing
When a person has suffered emotional, physical or spiritual disruptions, their personal well-being can be impacted. This can cause dis-ease on one or all levels of our being. The intention of shamanic healing is to restore the person to wholeness and assist in exploring where the loss of power occurred or where disharmony is influencing one’s life, through trauma, loss or other life-altering experiences.
In these sessions, I will connect with the benevolent guides that support me and, through clear intention between the client and the spirits, will journey to the three worlds (lower, middle and upper worlds) in which spirits live to gain knowledge on what is helpful in supporting healing. Sounds of drumming will be used to allow the consciousness shift to occur.
